During my gap-year of finding my purpose, living under the poverty line to create without pressure I devised this program and made this free 34-page resource for everyone anyone confused by protein.
How it works?
Adults should aim for 30g of protein at breakfast. This one shift helps with cortisol regulation, hormone balancing, appetite control, and blood sugar stability throughout the entire day, actually for 24 hours.
But what does 30g of protein look like?
Enter: Protein Points.
How It Works
5 points =30g
1 point = 6g of protein (based on the protein in one egg)
That’s it. That’s the system.
Instead of calculating grams and using scales while your cuppa is going cold, how about you just count to five. Two eggs and a cup of Greek yogurt? Done. Smoothie with protein powder and nut butter? Done. Leftovers from last night’s roast chicken? Done.
30g breakfast :
2 boiled eggs = 2 points + 1 cup Greek Yoghurt (with berries) = 3 points
